In 2000 we were The first to cook tacos al pastor, since then we have been pioneers in Madrid of the most traditional dishes and flavors of Mexican gastronomy. Our specialty is the authentic tacos al pastor, made in the same manner with fire and charcoal just like in the most famous taquerías in Mexico.
At Órale Compadre we have remained faithful to tradition not only in the production process but also in the use of 100% natural and organic ingredients originate in Mexico and today are grown in our country garden.
